Pastor Bill Taylor was a public school government teacher and coach in Pennsylvania before becoming a pastor. The perpetual student, Bill has tallied 66 post-grad education credits since receiving a B.S. in Ed. from Penn State University in 1989. He is a certified marriage counselor and has taught several parenting classes as well. He also holds a Master of Ministry degree and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree.
Most recently Bill served as the principal of Medina Christian Academy in Medina, OH. Bill and his wife Natalie, also a PSU graduate and former microbiologist, love to teach the Word of God, especially to young couples. They live in the Old Brooklyn neighborhood with their five children ages 3 through 15. Their older boys are schooled at home and participate in the HFJC Christian Education Institute and on several Hearts sports teams. Two younger girls attend the Old Brooklyn Community Schools in Cleveland.
When not studying, Bill enjoys playing tennis and basketball, exploring the Metroparks, and cheering on the Nittany Lions. |
